Our Commitment
EZ-GED is committed to making our website and services accessible to all learners, including people with disabilities. We believe that every adult seeking a GED credential deserves equal access to quality preparation resources.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and work continuously to improve the accessibility of our website.
Measures We Have Taken
- Semantic HTML structure with logical heading levels on every page
- Descriptive alternative text on all meaningful images
- Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
- Keyboard-navigable interface including all interactive elements
- Visible focus indicators on all focusable elements
- ARIA labels on navigation landmarks and complex interactive components
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages
- Responsive design that works on mobile, tablet, and desktop
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
Known Limitations
While we work to ensure accessibility across our website, some third-party content and tools - including Mr. Smith's Learning Canvas at quiz.ez-ged.com and Stripe's payment interface - are operated by external providers and may have their own accessibility characteristics. We encourage those providers to maintain accessible experiences and will relay accessibility feedback to them when appropriate.
Requesting Accommodations
If you need an accommodation to access EZ-GED services - such as alternative formats for course materials, captioning for live sessions, or other adjustments - please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to find a solution.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
