1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the EZ-GED website (ez-ged.com) or any EZ-GED services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. EZ-GED is operated by Kingmaker Consults. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
EZ-GED provides GED preparation services including:
- Live online GED subject courses (Math, RLA, Science, Social Studies)
- Private one-on-one tutoring sessions
- GED readiness consultations
- Study planning packages
- Access to Mr. Smith's Learning Canvas at quiz.ez-ged.com
EZ-GED is an independent educational service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by GED Testing Service LLC or the American Council on Education. GED® is a registered trademark of the American Council on Education.
3. No Guarantee of Results
EZ-GED provides GED preparation, tutoring, practice, and academic support. Participation in any EZ-GED service does not guarantee that a student will pass the GED exam. Individual results depend on many factors including prior knowledge, study effort, and test-day performance.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
5. Scheduling and Attendance
Live class and tutoring session schedules are communicated directly to enrolled students. Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute EZ-GED course materials without written permission
- Record sessions without the consent of all participants
- Use EZ-GED services for any unlawful purpose
- Disrupt or interfere with live class sessions
7. Intellectual Property
All EZ-GED course materials, website content, and Learning Canvas content are the property of Kingmaker Consults and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ-GED and Kingmaker Consults shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy
Your use of EZ-GED services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
